Why “Brickhouse”?
Brickhouse Pizza in Dracut is a family-run pizzeria. When the original location opened in 1996, owner Harry Brown named the restaurant for his son Michael who, as a defensive tackle, was known as “Brickhouse.”
With an emphasis on homemade and healthy meals, Harry never served any frozen or pre-made food. When Michael took over, he vowed the standards would stay the same — and he has kept that vow, with everything from our famous pita bread to the pizza and pasta sauces made on the premises.
